Musician’s Workshop was founded by the Striffolino family in 1978 and has earned a reputation as a”leader” among music retailers in New Jersey.

Both holding B.A. degress in music education, Joe and Valerie Striffolino pride themseleves in a music instruction program second to none.

Available on most instruments from beginner to advanced levels. Our private lessons are given 7 days a week, and may be scheduled during any time of the year. Just Call (732) 972-1118 for an appointment.

Private Lessons

Lessons are payable monthly in advance.

Tuition is due in advance on the last week of every month.

There are no adjustments made to monthly lessons. we recommend students do not miss lessons. Make up lessons are not guaranteed! Make-ups are limited to teacher discretion and studio availability. The following holidays are credited within the payment calendar: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & Eve, New Years Day & Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Lessons will be adjusted upon studio closings due to inclement weather.

If your fortunate to live in the area, Now is the time to schedule music lessons. Don’t wait, by October there’ll be over 600 students already scheduled. To make “back to school” even more exciting, our band rental program is in full swing!

The teaching staff of Musicians Workshop has included musicians from the Dave Mason Band to Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes. Most recognized instructors have been jazz great Tal Farlow, rock icon Zakk Wylde, and bassist Dave La Rue.
